We were moved to a double room with added lovely touch, a smart TV, as for instance. The service was efficient, nothing too much trouble. Furthermore, free parking was available on street.

Everything met required needs and I had a very special stay for 2 nights. View was pleasant, breakfast was tasty, and beds were very comfy. The location was stunning, for example, an airy harbour museum was not very far from the hotel. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were really friendly and amicable. The double room was stylish, had it's own little balcony, a mini refrigerator, and coffee.

Very nice stay for 2 nights. Delicious breakfast, overall clean hotel, good and stunning location in a quiet area. Well-organised room with amazing views of the sea and surroundings. A little balcony, coffee, and a nice table available.

A lot of fine food, we appreciated it. The staff was fairly friendly, the service was very good, they shared some useful information. The location was lovely and amazing, adjacent to the best beach in Falmouth, the Princess Pavilion and the pond with a particularly nice view from our room over the sea.
Their staff were miserable.

All in all marvellous location, not far from the railway station, Falmouth town and the beach, the lovely garden, "welcome" half-bottle of red wine and excellent breakfast and the seafront/beaches and the town centre. Exceptionally clean units with lovely view and exceptional staff.
Beds were a bit small.

Exceptionally clean and top-class hotel, views are nice, location is incredible to the shops by foot. Its staff are pretty friendly, I liked it. As for me the food is yummy, and they have lots of meals. The service is efficient, includes easy free parking. Also, free Wi-Fi works throughout the property.

1st class and reasonably clean place, everything was excellent. Truly enjoyed the double room with double bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was magnificent in a nice residential area. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Harbour Lights Restaurant that is only 10 minutes' walk away.
